• Introduction of the organization IFED, its aims, and objectives was given by Muzafar Ahmad.
• After which Mr. Irshad Ahmad explained in detail “IFED’S skill development initiative”. He further illustrated how is this initiative different from other such programs and how IFED is going to provide job opportunities to those who would successfully complete the training period.
• Later on, Mr. Mashkoor Ahmad delivered a motivational speech on the “ Sense of self-respect and diginity”.
• Lastly, Mr. Maroof Ahmad presented his views on the topic, “work is worship”. In the end, application forms were distributed among the willing participants.

Protection of self-dignity and self-respect is our main motive. It gives us immense pleasure to announce that IFED is going to launch its unique skill development initiative on 27th of January 2019.The initiative will not only provide Free training to the girls of the needy families in different skills but also adjust the pass outs at our different centers, so that they can stand on their own feets and be able to help themselves. We request all well-wishers of the society to please convey the message to the needy and deserving families in their neighborhood.
